Baked Avocado Fries Recipe

2 Medium Avocados
1 Lime
1 Lemon
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
Cooking Spray
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Make ½-inch thick slices of avocado.
Juice lemon & lime in one bowl. Mix breadcrumbs, salt, & pepper into a second bowl.
Dip avocado slices in juice, then press in breadcrumbs.
Cover baking sheet with cooking spray & lay avocados in a single layer.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Pro Tip: Serve with ranch dressing!
