lack of updates

The company continues to send marketing asking me to review my purchase and refer others despite the fact that after placing my order(2weeks ago) i recieved a notice it would be delayed. there has been no update since and the original notice did not include any estimate on timeline for my order to ship, or if it was one particular item that was the issue and there was an option to swap it or recieve a partial order sooner. poor coordination between marketing and ordering departments.

"It is cute!"

This was a gift sent to my great neice in another state. It was for her birthday (she turned 12). She named it Moxy. My neice (her mother) said it's really cute! I chose the fox 1) because it's her favorite animal and 2) because she is nearing the age where she may need it for cramps. I'm really glad it's weighted for that reason.
