Warm: Heat in a microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Enjoy soothing warmth for up to 2 hours. Reheat only when at room temperature.

Cool: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for 2–3 hours for cooling relief.

No packaging, no instructions… just a slightly disheveled stuffed animal in a cardboard box. Probably won’t try to order any more because I’m not sure how sanitary it is. Pretty disappointing.

Do not put it in the water

If it accidentally takes a bath with your child, the filler (buckwheat seeds) gets slimy and you'll either have to buy a new one or remove all of the stuffing and slimy seeds and restuff it.
