Great product/great company

Received my warmie, but it smelled like burnt popcorn.

I reached out, not expecting anything. It still worked great and was cute, just smelled a bit weird.

To my amazement, Warmies sent me a replacement!

Best part, I didn’t ask for a replacement and this one has THE most pleasant aroma of LAVENDER, I just love it!
