We bought 5 different warmies for each of our kids & let me just say this company goes ABOVE AND BEYOND in every detail! Our 18m son dropped his in the dog water on his way to bed one night and was absolutely DEVASTATED his froggy was ruined. I reached out to the company, and same night, they replaced, processed & completed the order. Talk about fast service! Not only that, we had 2 others come undone at the seems and same thing, they replaced them, no questions asked and in a timely manner! Our kids look forward to bed time because of their warmies!
