2 different products

The first one they sent me had a hole in it. They were very prompt and good to fix the problem. Theu sent me a new one within a week. It was odd though because the first dog was light and not very heavy and more limp. The second dog was way more full of filling and made much more sturdy. It was like 2 different products.
